Innuendo

Sitting here posting questions that are perfectly good questions only to shot down in flames and answering question that are without malice or innuedo only to find that some burke has gotten away with murder by posting crude and obscene questions and receives no violations. No Y&A’s it’s goodbye from me for a few weeks. Does anyone else feel this way…please tell?

You’re absolutely right! It makes you wonder "What am i doing here". I’ve seen such crude and racist, nasty questions and/or answers and no one bothered to report them.

I think Answers should have real mediators who actually read the questions and answers given before acting, not dispatching violations to some simply because others feel they should get one! Especially in Miss Hilton’s case!!!

I find more and more that I don’t really trust media outlets in the U.S. Today’s story about Senator John McCain I found quite distasteful, especially the sexual innuedo which is totally unsubstantiated.

I’m curious what others think about the U.S. news media.

No, I don’t. I think they make a living scaring people. It’s all just junk on there anymore. I don’t even watch the news anymore. It’s just depressing junk that no one really needs to hear all the time. The media just constantly stoops to new lows.

So I have been getting to know this really cool guy. We have not been intimate yet and have known each other for a while but never started to date till now. But on a few occasions he said the following things, not all in one day of course:

" I wished you stayed with me last night."
" Animals in the animal kingdom mate and reproduce with each other because is part of nature. I think like a scientist. On talking about the discovery channel"
" I wished you rocked me to sleep with a song."
" You could come over sometime and I will sleep in the couch."

Is this the norm?

I’m doing a production at a school of what I want to be Joseph but there’s one scene in Potiphar that involves messages of rape, the Head of Music suggests we cut it, but I don’t think it’ll make sense (and I don’t want the kids being stupid about choreographing it), how do I do the scene without showing too much innuedo as this is going to be scene by parents.

The characters of Joseph and Mrs. Potiphar will probably be of about 11-13 for Joseph and no age boundary for Mrs. Potiphar

Make the actress unattractive, overdress her so that nothing shows, have Joseph overreact to her ugliness, and have her play the scene for laughts. Then rather then being an attempt at seduction (it is NOT a rape scene), it becomes comical. But there is no way that you can "cut" the scene and still have the musical make sense. Without it there is reason for Joseph to end up in prison.
